We spotted “Chuck Bass” character in the girly tv serie “Gossip GIrl” arriving at the Gotha Club in Cannes totally pissed ! The guy was literally green face, not walking straight and swearing at people….
Lucky his friend/girlfriend/milf/mum was there to support him ! Or maybe he was rehearsing on training on his real character the “Chuck” !
Why did he keep going out !!!!
